I notice they didn't show the option where you (A) pay the doctor (B). Guess that would - gasp! - leave out the middleman, which in this case is the government.
The trouble isn't capitalism, it's that everyone wants a free lunch and no one wants to get stuck with the bill. Right now it is the doctor and the hospital who are getting stuck, but you can be sure that will change very soon.
