  1. Soooo... Bill O'Reilly = FOX News? (Disclaimer: I don't give a fig about FOX News, and why people think they are significantly less f'd up than CNN and the rest is beyond me).
    More important underlying issue: if you cannot go to jail for flagrant violations/refusal to pay, what manner of special law IS this? "Intent" is a nice thing and all (unless you're trying to devine the Founder's intent on the Commerce Clause, of course), but other than focussingon some O'Reilly bombast, what's the point?

    I'd say the REAL problem was that Sen. Coburn couldn't back his statements up and jam it back in O'Reilly's face when he had the live feed. This video mash-up is kind of like George Costanza coming back with that shrimp joke long after it was relevant...
